My Transformation
Before: Tipping the scales at around 300lbs. Diet terrible, activity level - non-existent.
After: Ranging between 220 and 230 lbs.
Almost there...my goal is 200 lbs even.
HIT Training works!!!
End of 2010...
A few months of HIT in the gym vs. home.
